Our South Burlington service department is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our Berlin service department is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Repair Services
After you have purchased equipment, The Medical Store will provide you with quality service for any assistance or adjustments you may need. We have been servicing rehabilitation equipment for the local community for over 20 years. Our technicians have been trained by the nationally recognized MED Group Certified Repair Center to repair any make or model wheelchair, whether it’s a power or manual, scooter or lightweight.

Medical Billing Services
The Medical Store accepts Medicare, Medicaid, most third party insurance companies, and funding through other State and Federal agencies. Our insurance billing staff will provide expert assistance with funding source reimbursement and help navigate you through the complex billing process.
